1. Warranty Coverage
•This product comes with a standard warranty of 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified.
•Warranty for Panels is 3 years, while for other devices such as OPS, Standee, TV, Tablets, Kiosks etc. and accessories such as Remote, Power Cables, HDMI, Touch Cable, Stylus, the warranty is 1 year only.
•The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal usage conditions.
•During the warranty period, the company will, at its discretion, repair or replace defective parts or the entire product ensuring product performance.
•Total warranty period is strictly limited to the original warranty duration (12 months / 36 months as applicable), regardless of:
oTime the product was used. oPeriod of improper performance or breakdown.
oTime taken for repair or replacement of parts.
•In case of repairs or replacement of parts, the warranty will continue only for the unexpired portion of the original warranty. Defective parts replaced will become the property of the company.

2. Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
•Site readiness: Products must be unboxed/installed within 48 hours of delivery. If the site is not ready or installation is delayed, warranty will not apply.
•Power fluctuations: Damages due to voltage variation or unstable supply. Customers are advised to use a UPS.
•Burn or heat-load cases, including component burnouts.
•Theft or loss of the product.
•Moisture, water, or other liquid exposure, or use of harmful chemicals.
•Abnormally corrosive/alkaline/acidic atmosphere usage.
•Scratches or cosmetic damages not reported within 48 hours of delivery.
•Unjustified returns without valid reason.
•Minor faults – these will be repaired, not replaced.
•Cases involving:
oMissing, removed, or tampered serial number.
oUnauthorized opening or handling of the product.
oPending payments against the product.
oTampered/broken warranty seal.
oAccidental or transit damages.
oPresence of foreign objects or living creatures (rats, lizards, insects, ants, etc.) inside the unit.
•Consumables and accessories beyond standard warranty (batteries, adapters, cables, remotes, stylus, etc.).
•Damages due to fire, flood, natural calamities, or improper maintenance.
•Use outside specified voltage range: oSingle-phase: 110–220V, 50–60 Hz ±10%.
oThree-phase: 415V, 50 Hz ±5%.

3.Customer Obligations
•Customers must provide valid proof of purchase (invoice/bill) and product serial number for any warranty claim.
•Products should be used as per the operating instructions and installed in suitable environments.
•Any claim should be reported promptly to the authorized service channel.
•For units installed outside the municipal limits of company / authorised dealers service stations, expenses for transportation, lodging, boarding, and incidental charges shall be borne by the purchaser, payable in advance.
•Any defect in electrical installation / wiring at site must be rectified by the customer as per the company’s recommendations.
•Relocation or transfer of ownership must be intimated in writing at least 10 days in advance. Only authorized persons/dealers may reinstall the unit, on a chargeable basis.
•At the time of first delivery/unpacking, the customer must take clear photos and videos of the unboxing process. These records will be mandatory for supporting any insurance-related claims for transit damage or concealed defects.
•On the Proof of Delivery (POD), the customer should not provide a “Clean POD” remark. Instead, they must write “Need to Check” since the product is not unpacked or tested at the time of signing. This is critical for processing any insurance claims.

4. Service Process
•Warranty claims may be availed through authorized service personnel, customer care helpline, or email support.
•The company will determine whether the product will be repaired or replaced.
•Repairs may require retaining the unit for a reasonable period, subject to spare parts availability.

5.Turnaround Time
• Claims are generally addressed within 7–21 working days, subject to spare part availability and logistics.

6. Geographical Validity
• Warranty is valid only within India through the company’s authorized service network.

7. Transferability
• Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

8. Liability Disclaimer
• The company is not liable for consequential or incidental damages, including loss of data, business interruption, or profits.
• Warranty is limited strictly to repair or replacement of defective products/parts.
• The company shall not be liable for delays/failures caused by circumstances beyond its control, including:
o Non-availability of spare parts.
o Government restrictions/regulations.
o Transport disruptions, strikes, war, or force majeure events.
o Import delays of raw materials/components.

9. Extended Warranty / AMC
• Customers may purchase an Extended Warranty or Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) within the standard warranty period for additional coverage.

10. OEM Sales Warranty
For OEMs and Dealers, the following additional terms apply:
• Warranty period is 1 year.
• The type of warranty must be clearly defined (onsite, offsite, spare parts, or product warranty).
• OEM engineers must provide onsite support; our team will guide them online. If our engineer’s visit is required, additional charges will apply.
• If the OEM/dealer replaces a product at their end, the company will provide repair service only, not replacement.
• For repairs, the product must be sent to our factory at the OEM/dealer’s cost. After repair, the company will return the product at its own cost.

11. Governing Law
• These Warranty Terms are governed by the laws of India.
• Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in the city where the company’s registered office is located.
