1. Non-Returnable Policy
a. All goods once sold are non-returnable except in cases of a verified manufacturing defect.
b. Claims must be supported by an inspection report from an authorized service center.

2. Refunds & Exchanges
a. No cash refunds will be provided except where required by law.
b. Replacement or exchange is allowed only for defective goods reported within 7 days of purchase/delivery, and subject to inspection.

3. Warranty
a. Products are covered strictly as per the manufacturer’s warranty terms.
b. Warranty does not cover damages caused by:
i. Mishandling, misuse, or physical damage
ii. Electrical faults due to improper connections or power fluctuations
iii. Liquid exposure, corrosion, or natural wear and tear
iv. Unauthorized servicing or repair attempts

4. Limitation of Liability
a. The company’s responsibility is limited solely to repair or replacement of the defective product under warranty.
b. The company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses including loss of data, business, or profits.

5. Delivery & Risk Transfer
a. Title and risk of goods transfer to the customer at the time of delivery/collection.
b. Customers are required to inspect goods at the time of receipt; failure to do so will be deemed acceptance of product condition.

6. Payment Terms
a. Goods remain the property of the company until full payment is received.
b. Payments must be made within the agreed terms; late payments may attract additional charges.

7. Customer Responsibility
a. The buyer is responsible for ensuring compatibility and suitability of the product before purchase.
b. Installation or use contrary to the manufacturer’s advice will void warranty and any liability.

8. Dispute Resolution
a. In case of disputes, parties shall first attempt amicable settlement.
b. If unresolved, disputes will be referred to arbitration or the competent courts of the company’s jurisdiction.

9. Force Majeure
a. The company will not be held responsible for delays or failure in performance due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural calamities, strikes, supply shortages, or government restrictions.

10. General Provisions
a. The company reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
b. If any clause of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in effect.
